My PC crashed, dreaded blue screen. Tech Ninja arrived 30 minutes after the phone call. Diagnosed the system as dead (it really was fried). I purchased a new system and Tech Ninja came back a couple of days later and transferred the information from the fried drive to the new PC and all was well in my neighborhood. The technician was great (took his shoes off before he entered ... nice touch), explained things well. Price was very very reasonable. Will refer Tech Ninja and will call again if I need them.
